Face challenges with a positivity using Ganesh Mudra

A powerful hand gesture to overcome all the obstacles and connect with our inner self and uplift one’s spirit. The obstacles which we face are often created by our own self . One must build the courage and strength to challenge and face our own demons.

To do this posture , sit in an easy seated position Sukhasana. Bring your palms together with right palm facing towards you and left palm facing away from you. Clasp your palms and interlock your fingers. As you inhale , pull your hands Apart with your fingers still interlocked . Chant “OM Ganapataye Namah”.

This Mudra boost self confidence , self esteem emotionally and helps strengthen the arm muscles and opens up chest and shoulders.
